Convention FAQ's

  • This year’s event will be held July 22-24 at the Sheraton Hotel located in Overland Park, KS
  • What do the different ticketing prices mean? CBA offers an Early Bird and Regular registration for our Bank members and our Associate Members. You will see what level you qualify for based on your membership with CBA. We also offer opportunities for a spouse or adult guest, as well as options for children.
  • What does my registration include?  Your full registration fee includes all educational programming, morning breaks in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday and Friday, Thursday night dinner, entertainment and Live Auction, and Friday general session. 
  • If I need to change my registration, who do I contact? Please reach out to Yvonna Hansen at yvonna@cbak.com to change your registration. 
  • Can I register and buy a ticket at the event? We do allow onsite registrations. Onsite registration fees increase and vary by event. Please talk with Yvonna or Nikki.
  • Where can I review my registration information? You can review your registration information via your member portal on our website. There you can generate a copy of the invoice, pay your invoice online, add spouse registration tickets, etc. If you have not set up your member profile, this is a great opportunity to set up your profile to make sure you are getting all of your CBA benefits. 
  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending? CBA does have a cancellation policy.
    In the event, you choose to cancel a program registration, the following cancellation polices will apply:
    • Employee substitutions are welcome.
    • All cancellations must be received in writing.
    • Cancellations received before June 1st will receive a 100% credit/refund.
    • Cancellations received after June 1st will receive a 80% credit/refund.
    • Cancellations received after June 15th will receive no credit/refund, however, attendee substitutions are welcome.
  • I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me? Absolutely, CBA will make every effort to help accommodate. Contact Yvonna Hansen at yvonna@cbak.com and we will take care of your needs.
  • Hotel accommodations at the Sheraton are not included in your convention registration and should be made directly with the hotel. CBA has reserved a block of rooms for Wednesday, Thrusday and Friday nights, July 22-24, 2026. This block of rooms consists of hotel guest rooms. The special block price of $209/night will be held until Wednesday, June 10, 2026. After June 10, neither price nor room availability will be guaranteed, so make your reservations today!   • Make yourself at home! The dress code for all occasions, including the Tradeshow and General Sessions, is relaxed and casual. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to engage fully in the activities and discussions while enjoying a laid-back atmosphere.
  • If the event is cancelled, how do I obtain a refund? Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond CBA’s control, we will keep all registered attendees abreast of any potential cancellations. Should the convention be cancelled prior to the event, CBA will refund monies in full.
  • I am interested in being an exhibitor and/or sponsor for convention. Who should I reach out to? Please reach out to Yvonna Hansen at yvonna@cbak.com she will be glad to assist in getting you set up.
